PLEASE NOTE: It is YOUR responsibility to comply with Association Covenants, which require approval for property and home improvements. DO NOT START YOUR WORK PRIOR TO RECEIVING FULL APPROVAL OF ALL SUBMITTED IMPROVEMENTS!
AAHA only reviews the aesthetic aspect of the improvements and all improvements shall comply with all City of Omaha building standards, codes, and required permits. It is the homeowner's responsibility to make sure these requirements are met.
The association has 45 days to respond to your request. If you’re planning to do the work sooner than that please note that in your submission. You will receive a written or emailed response to your submission. This submission is good for one year from date of approval.
