A simpler way to manage Armbrust Acres.

As Armbrust Acres has evolved into the mature, sought after neighborhood it is today, the way we manage dues and communication hasn’t quite kept pace. Today, much of the work is still handled through spreadsheets, multiple email addresses, and a lot of manual effort — sometimes by a single volunteer. While that dedication has kept things afloat, it’s time for a system that’s makes everyone’s lives easier.

Starting in 2026, the HOA will be moving to PayHOA.

What is PayHOA?

PayHOA is a secure, HOA-centric online portal that brings dues payments, neighborhood communication, and AAHA board requests together in one place. Instead of emails, paper records, and spreadsheets scattered across different systems and people, everything is centralized, organized and easy to find, all in one place.

Through the platform, homeowners will be able to:

  • Pay dues online and view payment history

  • Receive official neighborhood updates and notices

  • Submit questions, requests, or feedback to the board

  • Reserve shared spaces like the ball field and pavilion

  • Find relevant neighborhood documents, like covenants

  • Participate in neighborhood voting

  • …and much more.

What do I need to do?

To use PayHOA, homeowners will need to set up a PayHOA account. Even if you prefer to pay your dues via check, setting up an account is still essential for communicating and tracking requests with the AAHA board.

Instructions and links to set up your PayHOA account can be located on the Armbrust Acres site under Residents > Residents Portal. If you need additional assistance, email us at contact@armbrustacres.net.

PayHOA - Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be “good with technology” to use PayHOA?
No. PayHOA is designed to be straightforward, and most tasks take just a few clicks. PayHOA also includes a Help Articles tab inside your home’s portal page with helpful articles on how to complete those tasks.

Do I need a computer?
No. PayHOA works on computers, tablets, and smartphones. If you’re comfortable checking email or browsing the internet, you can use PayHOA.

What if I don’t want to pay online?

Is my information safe?
Yes. PayHOA is a secure platform used by many HOAs and is built specifically to protect homeowner information.
